The brief

Textlocal provide innovative SMS messaging solutions, allowing businesses to make the most of their communications with their customers by inserting website links, attaching files, videos or vouchers personalised to each recipient.

A hugely successful case study within the automotive sector prompted Textlocal to ask for our support to generate B2B leads through an educational focused campaign about the effectiveness of SMS messaging amongst other prospects in the same industry.  

What We Did

Our initial activity focussed on improving the client’s profile through optimising certain keywords. We then analysed the target market size by searching and selecting specific job titles and organisations that were suited to Textlocal’s ideal prospect criteria.

The campaign consisted of both Profile Scout and manual outreach activity to ensure that all of our messaging was targeted and relevant. Weekly reports were created and sent back to Textlocal over an 8 week period that included a breakdown of the new LinkedIn connections, including email, phone and company information.  

The results

A hugely successful campaign:

 

  • Nearly 800 new connections, averaging 100 per week.

  • Approx 50 qualified leads.

  • Profile reached ranked #15 / 2,349 connections.

  • Most viewed profile amongst ‘professionals like you’, helping position Textlocal as industry expert.

  • We created around 1,500 profile views of our client’s profile from the target audience.
